Welcome back to another week of QB streamers, where I highlight three signal callers with sub-70% roster rates (on Yahoo! Sports) based on a variety of different reasons — personnel, weapons, previous performances, analytics, matchups, and so on.
Last week, it was unlikely hero Jacoby Brissett that brought home the weekly air leader, passing for a whopping 452 yards in 57 attempts. What’s even more impressive? He did this precisely and effectively, leaving the game with an 82.4% completion rate. Panthers’ Bryce Young also had a statement game, throwing for 448 yards and 3 TDs with no picks and a 123.2 passer rating, helping Carolina notch their sixth win of the season. Brock Purdy went out and turned in a 133.5 passer rating in his return — things you love to see. Drake Maye diced up the Jets, starting the game with eleven straight completions (only to be broken up by a dropped pass later). Last but not least, Dak Prescott and the Cowboys sizzled the Raiders on Monday Night Football.
Now, let’s dive into which QBs to stream in Week 12!
Jacoby Brissett, Arizona Cardinals
| Opponent | Matchup Rating | Yahoo! Roster Rate | Proj. Pts |
| vs. JAX | 4/5 | 34% | 16.71 |
Speaking of the man of the hour, here he is! As seen above, Brissett was lights out on Sunday, walloping the competition not only on the field, but around the league. Not to mention, he did this against a top 10 fantasy defense (via FantasyData). This week, he has an even better matchup against a Jaguars team that has been abysmal at limiting signal callers’ production in 2025, ranking T-3rd worst in the league entering today.
Brissett has thrown for at least 250 yards and 2 touchdowns in every single one of his starts this season. He’s also been able to scramble for 15+ yards in three of his starts. I like this matchup a lot.
Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks
| Opponent | Matchup Rating | Yahoo! Roster Rate | Proj. Pts |
| @ TEN | 3/5 | 59% | 15.94 |
I know what you’re thinking. Darnold? After that game? The 28-year-old USC product has enjoyed a stellar season with the Seahawks after signing a deal worth over $100 million in the offseason, leading his team to a 7-3 record, tied for the second-best in the NFC. Last week was a bad look, throwing for a whopping four interceptions against a team that may be the hottest non-Patriots squad in football — the Los Angeles Rams. I say wash it. Before the disaster on Sunday, Darnold had turned in back-to-back games with completion percentages of 80% or higher, plus had thrown for 12 touchdowns since the start of October. He faces a pillow matchup against a Titans defense next week that’s generated mediocre defensive numbers all-around in 2025.
Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers
| Opponent | Matchup Rating | Yahoo! Roster Rate | Proj. Pts |
| @ CHI | 3/5 | 45% | 17.05 |
Yes, we’re rolling with Rodgers again in the third slot this week. Why? Same as last week. Rodgers may not “wow” you with his final line in the touchdown or air yards departments, but he provides a far more solid floor than any other waiver wire QB can. His matchup is also one of the best available on the market, facing a Bears defense that’s tied for the second-most PPR points allowed to QBs per game this season, just eclipsing 22.0 per game. Rodgers is coming off a 22-point win against Cincinnati and has twelve touchdown passes compared to just four INTs over his last seven games. As long as his wrist is looking like a non-issue ahead of Sunday’s matchup, he’s a worthy streamer in a plus matchup at Soldier Field.
That’s it for this week! If there are any questions, comments, concerns, or you want to see more (MLB, NFL, etc.), feel free to hit my official Pitcher List/QB List social media up @ggeiss_PL and I’d be happy to chat!
