The connection between veteran Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and talented second-year wideout K.J. Osborn has been developing nicely over the course of this season. This is the second time in the last month they have linked up for a deep score. Cousins recognized the well run route on this play and rewarded his young receiver with a perfectly thrown ball for a 62-yard touchdown.

The San Fransisco 49ers have now won two close games thanks to Jimmy Garoppolo indulging in his chemistry with colossal tight end George Kittle. The two linked up again just before the half on Sunday, Jimmy G progressing through his reads well before placing the ball in the hands of Kittle allowing him to adjust and reach for the score. It was a turning point in the game and proved to be decisive.

Many will see this as the throw of the year, and it is surely in with a chance. We are happy to jump on that bandwagon, especially when it involves Justin Herbert. The Chargers quarterback let fly with this phenomenal deep ball for Jalen Guyton to haul in for a huge score. Watch and admire.

Despite losing the game, Joe Burrow put on a show  for the Bengals with one of the most exciting quarterback performances of the season. He linked up with his old college receiver Ja’Marr Chase once again for an improbable throw and catch for the touchdown. Burrow did amazingly well to keep the play alive on fourth down before Chase kept himself in bounds to make the catch. Fun times in Cincy!

Yet another brilliant no-look pass from Matthew Stafford, who shook off a bad run to overcome the best team in football so far this season, the Arizona Cardinals and reignite the Rams’ playoff push. After his initial reads failed to materialized, Stafford stayed in the pocket and with intense pressure in his face, turned his head away before firing the ball straight into the hands of his young receiver, Kendall Blanton. Big boy throw.

Patrick Mahomes to Tyreek Hill

This kind of magic from Patrick Mahomes never gets old. Any worries that the young phenom had lost any of his mojo after the most uninspiring stretch of his career earlier this season has been quickly brushed aside. Here he back-pedals left towards the sideline before unleashing an unbelievable throw from outside the numbers to Tyreek Hill, who hauls it in on the outside of the numbers at the opposite side of the field. Unreal.

Aaron Rodgers to Aaron Jones

The master of his art executes this high difficulty pass to perfection – Aaron Rodgers finds Aaron Jones with a beautiful back foot, back shoulder throw that floats perfectly over the fingertips of the Bears defense. A joy to watch.

Josh Allen to Dawson Knox

There is no understating the performance of Josh Allen at the weekend, he was fantastic after being put in a big hole by Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. Allen pulled the Bills all the way back into the contest, relying on his phenomenal arm and using his legs to move the sticks when needed. It was a complete performance. This instinctive throw over the middle for Dawson Knox for a touchdown exhibits everything that Allen does best.
