The Best QB Throws: Week 15

Your weekly dose of phenomenal throws from across the NFL

Every week we will bring you a selection of the best throws from quarterbacks across the NFL. Did you see an amazing throw worthy of inclusion? If so, you can tweet @TheQBList on Twitter to let us know and we’ll give you a shout-out here in the article if your tip makes the cut.

Justin Fields to Cole Kmet

Wizardry! Justin Fields escapes pressure and throws a sensational pass to the end zone for tight end Cole Kmet to make a fantastic grab. It doesn’t get any better than this in the NFL!

Brock Purdy to Deebo Samuel

San Francisco quarterback Brock Purdy, the so-called Mr. Irrelevant in from the 2022 NFL Draft, is most likely going to be the league MVP in 2023. That’s a big wow! But with throws like this week-in, week-out, you cannot say he doesn’t deserve to be in the conversation. Deebo Samuel with a great grab for his second score of the day.

Joe Flacco to Amari Cooper

There is life in the old dog yet! Joe Flacco inspired the Browns to a win over the Bears in an exciting matchup that went a long way to improving Cleveland’s playoff aspirations. This dime to Amari Cooper in stride led to six!

Jordan Love to Jayden Reed

We are going to get used to this combination in the NFL for years to come as the burgeoning quality quarterback play of Jordan Love is starting to find it’s chemistry with the young corps of receivers in Green Bay. This time it was Jayden Reed making a terrific catch of a perfect throw.

Baker Mayfield to Rachaad White

A perfect outing for Baker Mayfield in Green Bay as he threw for four touchdowns and didn’t turn the ball over in the Bucs’ important win on the road. This dart to Rachaad White was confident Baker at his best.

Bailey Zappe to Hunter Henry

The late season renaissance for Hunter Henry continued as his quarterback Bailey Zappe showed some nice poise in the pocket before floating a perfect pass into his tight end’s hands between coverage in the end zone. High level throw!

Jacoby Brissett to Terry McLaurin

Terry McLaurin was a man possessed at the weekend but he lacked reasonable quarterback play until Sam Howell was benched for journeyman veteran Jacoby Brissett. The former Browns and Patriots quarterback unleashed a couple of brilliant throws for McLaurin to ball out and give the Commanders a chance.

Matthew Stafford to Cooper Kupp

It’s been a terrific comeback season for Super Bowl Champion quarterback Matthew Stafford in Los Angeles. And he’s done it without his main man Cooper Kupp for large parts of the season. Now the wideout is back and catching bombs like this one.

Tua Tagovailoa to Jaylen Waddle

Well, it’s usually Tyreek Hill included here for an automatic score but as the speedster was missing with injury, it was a case of next man up and Jaylen Waddle duly obliged.
