Josh Allen and Gabriel Davis have a fantastic chemistry on the deep ball and it once again paid dividends in this key matchup against the Chiefs. With time running out in the first half, Allen found Davis in stride down the sideline with a perfect throw to put the Bills up at the the half. It was a game changer.

 

Matthew Stafford to Allen Robinson

The Rams badly needed a win against the hapless Panthers and Matthew Stafford was thankful to finally throw Allen Robinson‘s way on this perfectly executed jump ball for the touchdown as the half approached.

 

Lamar Jackson to Mark Andrews

So, yeah. The play clock had hit zero, and if the Giants had not come away with the win in this game, it would have been a huge talking point. Still, the throw is undeniably great. Lamar Jackson has improved as a passer in these situations and Mark Andrews is always a trusty target…just!

 

Joe Burrow to Ja’Marr Chase

“Thread that needle, Joe!” Down in the contest and deep into the third quarter, Joe Burrow went to his trusty partner Ja’Marr Chase to haul the Bengals back into the game with this lovely spiral into the tightest of windows. Magic.

 

Aaron Rodgers to Allen Lazard

It was another tough day in Green Bay for Aaron Rodgers as the Packers fell to the resurgent Jets after a phenomenal defensive performance from Robert Saleh‘s side. Still, this throw from Rodgers to his current favorite receiver Allen Lazard, was a stop and appreciate moment in the game for all lovers of football.

 

Kirk Cousins to Justin Jefferson

Game changers! This duo are developing into an elite tandem as the Vikings are now 5-1 on the season going into their bye week. After being stunted by an aggressive Dolphins defense for most of the day, Kirk Cousins executed this beautiful back shoulder throw down the sideline to hit Justin Jefferson in stride. Lethal.

 

Geno Smith to DK Metcalf

And of course we couldn’t leave you without our weekly Geno Smith appreciation throw! This had everything – composure in the pocket through the blitz, quick release and arm strength to make the throw, and perfect placement between triple coverage. The ball zips into DK Metcalf‘s hands like a bullet. Oh, Geno!
