While Darren Waller has a tougher matchup this week against the Colts’ strong defense, we had to get him as the featured image of The List after his explosion last week against the Jets. 17 targets, 13 catches, 200 yards, and 2 touchdowns is a monster game for a wide receiver, let alone a tight end, and if you needed a win to get into the playoffs last week, Waller came through for you as few tight ends can. It’s hard to imagine any currently healthy tight end, outside of Travis Kelce, coming anywhere near 20 targets, putting Waller and Kelce in a tier of their own at the position.
With Tuesday Night Football and Thursday Night Football, these rankings are getting tougher and tougher to fit in every week. It leaves me very little time to add notes, so if you are looking for an explanation for these rankings please check out the Sit/Start Podcast. Nearly two hours of news and notes, playoff strategy, and game by game breakdowns to get you ready for the week. Thank you all for reading this year, and good luck in the fantasy playoffs.
