We watched Thursday night's preseason football action so you don't have to – here's What We Saw.

It’s already the final week of preseason before the real football gets rolling and the What We Saw team is grinding away to make sure that all your fantasy football questions are answered before your drafts this week. Thursday night gave us a pair of preseason games, featuring the Indianapolis Colts and Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium while the Chicago Bears took on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead. Here’s some of the takeaways from Thursday night:

  • Anthony Richardson and the Colts first-team offense saw the field
  • Bengals rookie wideout Jermaine Burton continues to impress
  • Colts rookie receiver Adonai Mitchell was heavily involved with the first team
  • Bears receiver Tyler Scott showed why he garnered buzz last season
  • Velus Jones Jr. is now a running back?
  • Chiefs rookie running back Carson Steele finds the end zone again
