Week 12 was a fever dream of football as seven games finished within one possession, while three went into overtime on Sunday. New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston gave us what could have been the highlight of the entire season but it was Jahmyr Gibbs who had the last laugh, finishing with three scores, including the game-winner in overtime. Here’s who else had a big day on the field on Sunday:
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba posted another ridiculous line including a pair of touchdowns.
- Emanuel Wilson stepped in for Josh Jacobs with a two touchdown performance.
- Shedeur Sanders earned his first career win as a starting quarterback, riding the coattails of the Browns defense and their 10 sacks.
- Matthew Stafford looked outstanding as he led the Rams to a lopsided win on Sunday night.
