What We Saw: Week 5

It’s about time that these offenses started clicking, and it seems like several are really starting to hit their stride. Nine teams hit at least 30 points this week, including seven teams during Sunday’s action. The Jacksonville Jaguars outdueled the Indianapolis Colts and earned their first win of the season, becoming the final team to do so this year. The Minnesota Vikings stayed undefeated, earning a victory across the pond. And the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals had a good old-fashioned shootout in the Queen City. Our staff has watched every snap of every game and taken note of everything relevant for your fantasy squad – it’s all here in What We Saw! Here are some of the notable performances from Sunday’s action:

  • Tank Bigsby ran roughshod over the Colts defense, topping 100 yards rushing and scoring twice.
  • Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase put up outstanding stat lines, but it wasn’t enough to earn a win.
  • DJ Moore found the end zone twice as Caleb Williams looked much more like a top draft pick than he had previously this season.
  • Darius Slayton and the New York Giants toppled the host Seattle Seahawks.
