It’s time for the Week 14 of The List! Each week, you can expect positional and FLEX rankings to help you win your fantasy football leagues! As a reminder, this week, there are six teams on their bye week:
- Baltimore Ravens
- Denver Broncos
- Houston Texans
- Indianapolis Colts
- New England Patriots
- Washington Commanders
Here are a few quick injuries to watch and storylines to follow ahead of Week 14’s action:
It’s never easy to deal with players getting injured, but seeing Christian McCaffrey go down with a season-ending injury is hard to handle. It gets worse for the 49ers, who also lost Jordan Mason to the IR. That means rookie Isaac Guerendo will get an opportunity to be a league winner for us, as playoffs are right over the hill. Guerendo starts off Week 14 with a top 60 FLEX ranking to start the week. This week, he should be in line for an increased workload in a favorable matchup at home against the Bears.
The Jacksonville Jaguars should be likely without their franchise quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, after taking the massive hit in Week 13. That means we could see Mac Jones staring at QB in Week 14. While the Jaguars offense looked great in garbage time last week, it’s still a downgrade for the offense. Brian Thomas Jr. was able to stay afloat last week, but Mac Jones has accuracy issues and faces a strong division opponent in the Titans. Thomas and tight end Evan Engram should be downgraded with the backup quarterback.
Since six teams are on bye this week, some players will jump into the FLEX conversations this week. Nick Westbrook-Ihkine is a top 36 receiver this week in a favorable matchup against Jacksonville. The touchdown-machine receiver should do well against a bottom-five secondary in Week 14.
We must keep our eyes on the Chargers offense this week with Ladd McConkey. The rookie receiver is “working through things” after leaving Week 13 with a knee injury. That would be a big hit on quarterback Justin Herbert, who, outside of last week, has been playing much better in terms of passing production. It could give players like Josh Palmer and Quentin Johnston a chance to step up on Sunday Night Football against the Chiefs.
Of course, if you have loved the historic season that Saquon Barkley is having, you are about to be rewarded again. Barkley faces off against the Panthers, who are 32nd in fantasy points per game to running backs. Barkley could be in for another matchup-winning performance. Staying with the Eagles, keep an eye on Dallas Geodert, who suffered an injury last against the Ravens. His absence could give up a sleeper tight end, Grant Calcaterra, as the Panthers also rank 32nd against tight ends.
One player who should be rising this week is Drake London, who has a great matchup in Week 14. The Vikings’ secondary has allowed opposing WR1s to have big fantasy outings. You should expect the Falcons’ passing offense to bounce back as Kirk Cousins gets revenge against Minnesota.
Without further ado, let’s get to Week 14’s Top 150 FLEX!
