The List: Ranking Each Position for Week 6

Erik Smith releases his Week 6 fantasy football rankings in time for your weekly waiver decisions.

With a prime matchup against the Cowboys in Week 6, DeAndre Hopkins earns my WR1 overall ranking, as well as a spot on the cover of The List. Hopkins ranks third among wide receivers in targets, first in catches, and first in receiving yardage in 2020. Though Hopkins has only two touchdowns on the season, expect Hopkins to reach the end zone in Week 6 against Dallas.

Most waiver wire runs have been pushed back to Thursday due to the Week 5 Tuesday night matchup, so these are my preliminary rankings without writeups. I will update these throughout the week and provide notes, and with no Thursday night game this week we have more time to set our lineups than usual. Expect more twists and turns as we fight our way through the end of this crazy year, but I’ll be here to help each week ahead of your crucial waiver wire decisions.
