Here’s hoping that your Sunday morning is easy like the song goes! Saturday was a great day for preseason football with 12 teams in action. There were plenty of awesome performances, and a handful of guys who played their way on (and off) of their respective 53-man rosters. In case you missed any of the action, the What We Saw team has you covered. Here’s some of the takeaways from Saturday’s action:
- Trey Lance had a day to forget with five interceptions and a pair of fumbles
- Frank Gore Jr. posted a legacy day, looking like his pops with 100 yards and a touchdown
- Jaren Hall made a case for the QB2 job in Minnesota
- The Seattle Seahawks showed off their new offense, going wheels up under new offensive coordinator Ryan Grubbs
