Football season is back! Well, kinda sorta. Thursday night gave us our first day of multiple football games in almost seven months and it was great to kick back and watch multiple games, even if they were preseason matchups full of replacement-level players. Three guys stood out that should be on the radar of deeper league fantasy players – Quez Watkins, Rhamondre Stevenson, and, of course, Mac Jones. Most of their success came against the second or third team defenses, but anytime you flash something in a game it’s a positive. Stevenson is likely the third or fourth option off the bench in the New England backfield, and we all know Jones is probably the backup behind Cam Newton (at least to begin the season), but Philadelphia is desperate for Wide Receivers and Watkins could make an impact if he continues to make the most of his opportunities. Watch him closely.
