What We Saw: Week 15

Our final installment for the 2025 season!

We kick off the final week of What We Saw coverage with a message of gratitude. There is so much thanks to go around to all the people who make this column possible. First, the staff. This crew of analysts has been rock solid from Week One, trudging through 15 weeks of football (256 games) and providing the most insightful and thoughtful analysis of what’s actually happening on the field, not just the stuff in the box score. The crew has been exceptional and powered through a long season. Second, a special thanks to the QB List senior staff, including Christian Otteman, Steve Drumwright, Justin Paradis, Jay Felicio and all the other folks that make this site run smoothly. Last and certainly not least, it’s you – the reader. Thank you! You’ve weathered this storm with us, rode the roller coaster all the way to the end and hopefully seen a positive impact from reading this piece every week. Without you, we’d all just be yelling into the void about snap share and red zone opportunities. You make What We Saw important and we only hope that it held value for you this season. With all that out of the way, we present the final week of What We Saw 2025. Enjoy!

The fantasy football postseason is upon us and it seemed like so many players left early with an injury that it nearly soured some of the best performances of the season from others. Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence posted a career day, leading managers to a surefire fantasy victory alongside teammate Travis Etienne. Meanwhile, 44-year old Phillip Rivers nearly carried the Colts past the Seahawks in his first NFL action in years. Here’s some other notable performances from around the league in Week 15.

  • James Cook III and the Bills powered past the New England Patriots to earn a crucial AFC East win.
  • Trey McBride looked like the best fantasy football player on the planet as he added two more touchdowns to his season tally.
  • Bo Nix threw for 300 yards and four touchdowns as the Broncos survived a scare from the Green Bay Packers.

Our team of analysts watched every snap of every game so you don’t have to – Here’s What We Saw!
