What We Saw: Week 4

Another wild weekend of football culminated in one of the more memorable games in league history, and we watched all of it.

Yes, Saquon Barkley returned to the top of the Fantasy Football mountain on Sunday by finally returning on his draft day stock. He was a little lucky to get there, as his day would have been a little mediocre without an overtime TD or a monstrous 54 yard TD reception, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers.

Patrick Mahomes and Tyreek Hill once again put on a display of excellence that at this point really seems routine. It’s almost predictable at this point when these two will connect for multiple scores and over 100 yards through the air, and it seems like that’s every other week. The Chiefs will welcome Buffalo next week in yet another Sunday night must-watch matchup.

Speaking of the Bills, Josh Allen threw and stiff-armed his way through a monsoon as Buffalo routed the poor Texans 40-0. It took a few drives for Allen to click, but once he did it was game over. Stefon Diggs and Dalton Knox were the two beneficiaries of Allen’s dominance.

And finally, yes, the GOAT bowl was everything we all wanted and more. Tom Brady walked away with a hard-fought victory after trading blows with Mac Jones. It ended up being a field goal-off, but it was exciting for fans of any team from beginning to end. Jones looks like the real deal, folks.
