What We Saw: Week 9

James Conner can still be relied upon as an RB1 when needed

What did we learn from Week 9? Well, we certainly learned that James Conner still has it and he was good enough to be included in our featured image this week. I love this photo, as it symbolizes the complete team effort Arizona put together in their beatdown of San Francisco. Arizona is as complete of a football team as you’ll find in the NFL.

We also learned that Tennessee is a legitimate contender in the AFC, even without Derrick Henry in the backfield. The tandem of Adrian PetersonJeremy McNichols, and D’Onta Foreman played well and should help keep Tennessee’s offense chugging along.

Finally, we learned that Josh Allen is really, really good. No, not that Josh Allen, the other Josh Allen. Jacksonville’s defense really stepped it up on Sunday and gave a potent Buffalo offense fits.
