What We Saw: Week 9

We watched every Week 9 NFL game so you don't have to. Here's What We Saw!

Week 9 has come and nearly gone with several top fantasy performances, including a handful of breakouts that managers have been waiting all season for. Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Chase Brown finally showed what all the draft season hype was about. Meanwhile, Saquon Barkley continued his prolific season with one of the most amazing highlight runs of the year. His performance was enough to lead the Philadelphia Eagles past the Jacksonville Jaguars. Our staff has watched every snap of every game and taken note of everything relevant for your fantasy squad – it’s all here in What We Saw! Here are some of the notable performances from Sunday’s action:

  • Joe Burrow lit up the Raiders defense with five passing touchdowns, including two to Mike Gesicki.
  • Demarcus Robinson called game with his second touchdown grab to lead the Rams past the Seahawks in overtime.
  • Devon Achane found the end zone twice, but it wasn’t enough to push the Dolphins past the Buffalo Bills.
  • Derrick Henry continues to be an end zone magnet, pounding the rock into the painted area twice as the Ravens shelled the Broncos.
