Notes
- Tight end is pretty self-explanatory for me, as you probably only have one or two of these options to choose from. The players ranked in green are no-doubt starts, and the yellow group down to Rob Gronkowski are all players that I would be happy to start this week.
- After Gronkowski, there are some talented players with tough matchups. The talent even extends beyond this group, with players like Dallas Goedert, Blake Jarwin, Chris Herndon IV, Ian Thomas, and Irv Smith Jr. all roughly in that last tier. I wouldn’t get too caught up with the Week 1 matchups at this postion–take your favorite season-long option and start them with confidence. We will have more information next week to see if there were any role changes at a position that is very dependent on coaching and play-calling for their production.
