What We Saw: Week 5

The QB List staff catches you up on everything you missed during Week 5 of the 2020 NFL season.

Chase Claypool, anyone? The rookie had a monster week, scoring this many TDs against the Eagles on Sunday:

On the other end of the spectrum, Travis Fulgham went off for ten catches and over 150 yards in the same game. Who predicted these two would be the two leading receivers in a Pennsylvania shootout?

Meanwhile, Dak Prescott went down with a scary ankle injury, and it looks like his season is likely over. It’s Andy Dalton SZN now, which is a huge development that will impact all of the Cowboys pass-catchers. With their win on Sunday, Dallas is now the top team in the NFC east but with Dak’s injury, the division is even more wide open than it was before.

Another QB, Russell Wilson, led an MVP level game-winning drive to beat the Minnesota Vikings in spectacular fashion. The Vikings lost Dalvin Cook to what appeared to be a groin/thigh injury, and he’s going in for an MRI on Monday to get it checked out.
