Game Info

Kickoff: Sunday, January 4, 2026, 1 p.m. ET

Location: U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis, MN

Network: CBS

Green Bay Packers

Quarterback

Clayton Tune: SIT
Although Jordan Love cleared concussion protocol, it’ll be Clayton Tune starting under center for the Green Bay. The Packers are locked into the seventh seed in the NFC regardless of the game’s outcome, so expect next to no sign of starters for most of the game.

Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End

Josh Jacobs: SIT
Emanuel Wilson: FLEX, RB3
Chris Brooks: SIT
Christian Watson: SIT
Romeo Doubs: SIT
Jayden Reed: SIT
Matthew Golden: SIT
Luke Musgrave: SIT

The only Packers starter who’s officially been declared out for Sunday’s tilt with the Vikings is Love. But with multiple starters battling with varying degrees of injuries, even if a few players start, they won’t be in the game for long. The only offensive player on the Packers who’s worth a gamble in fantasy is Emanuel Wilson. We’ve seen some explosive flashes from him this season and is in line to get a heavy workload against a Minnesota defense that ranks in the top 10 in rushing yards allowed per game and rushing touchdowns allowed to running backs.

Defense/Special Teams

Green Bay Packers: START

Minnesota Vikings

Quarterback

Max Brosmer: SIT

Max Brosmer threw for 52 yards in relief of J.J. McCarthy against the Giants in Week 16Brosmer threw 51 yards in his Week 17 start against the Lions. Taysom Hill has more touchdown passes.

Running Back

Aaron Jones Sr.: FLEX, RB3 *yet to practice this week*
Jordan Mason: FLEX, RB3| RB2
Ty Chandler: SIT

Aaron Jones Sr. had yet to practice this week at the time of writing. We’d need to see him get in at least a limited practice Friday to have a realistic shot at suiting up Sunday. If he does, consider him and Jordan Mason flex options against a Green Bay defense that’s shut down most running backs not named Derrick Henry. If Jones is out, Mason bumps to a borderline RB2 with a hefty expected workload and lack of quality options in Week 18.

Wide Receiver

Justin Jefferson: SIT
Jordan Addison: SIT
Jalen Nailor: SIT

Repeat: Max Brosmer threw for 52 yards in relief of J.J. McCarthy against the Giants in Week 16Brosmer threw 51 yards in his Week 17 start against the Lions. Taysom Hill has more touchdown passes.

Tight End

T.J. Hockenson: SIT *yet to practice this week*
Josh Oliver: SIT

Defense/Special Teams

Minnesota Vikings: START

The Vikings’ defense has held its previous two opponents to a combined 17 points, totaling 10 sacks and forcing seven turnovers in that span.
