Seattle Seahawks
Quarterback
Russell Wilson (Start, QB2)
Russell Wilson to Tyler Lockett is just beautiful. This is the Seahawks team I know 🥲 pic.twitter.com/H73wdTovIc

Russell Wilson is looking more and more like the Russ we want to cook for our fantasy teams. Over the last three games, he’s averaged two touchdowns and 246 passing yards. The problem with his consistency is that he’s not a league winner with those numbers. Jalen Ramsey may still be on the Covid-IR opening-up opportunities for Russ to throw the ball all over the field. Look for Russ to up his game in this one, as the Seahawks need this win to stay in the hunt for a playoff berth. I think Russ is a QB2, borderline QB1 this week against a banged-up Rams team.
Running Backs
Rashaad Penny (Start, RB2)
Have a day, Rashaad Penny!
137 yards and 2 TDs for the #Seahawks RB. @pennyhendrixx

Rashaad Penny put on quite a performance against the Texans running for 137 yards and two TDs. There’s a lot of hype behind this train, but we have to reel ourselves in a little bit as it was just the Texans. This week will be your real look into who Penny is going forward. That being said you can’t leave a starting RB on the bench, especially if he’s playing a team that’s down quite a few significant players. Look for Penny to produce at an RB2 level, I wouldn’t put the RB1 expectations on him just yet.
Wide Receivers and Tight Ends
DK Metcalf (Sit), Tyler Lockett (Start, WR2)
The Tyler Lockett+Mr. Unlimited connection was strong this week!

DK Metcalf hasn’t been good since Week 10 and it’s starting to hurt your chances at winning a fantasy title. It’s going to be difficult, but you can’t take the chance that he busts in this game and you lose because of it. Sit Metcalf this week. Tyler Lockett on the other hand is reaping the benefits of his 17 targets in the past two games catching 12 passes for 210 yards and two touchdowns. I’m expecting Lockett to put up another big day in this game and help the Seahawks stay competitive this week. Lockett should be a WR2 with WR1 potential in this game.
Los Angeles Rams
Quarterback
Matthew Stafford (Start, QB1)
When you look up deep ball in the dictionary, this is what you see.#ProBowlVote + Matthew Stafford ➡️ @VanJefferson12

Matthew Stafford has eight games with three or more touchdowns, including the past three weeks. Stafford might be missing Odell Beckham this week, but should still find a way to exploit this Seahawk secondary. In 2021 the Seahawks have given up the most yards through the air with 3,770, they also have the fourth-fewest interceptions (7). So this is a matchup that on paper favors Stafford, then add in that Russ should cook in this game and keep it competitive. For these reasons, I’m starting Stafford as a locked and loaded QB1.
Running Backs
Darrell Henderson (Start, RB2), Sony Michel (Start, RB2)
Get yourself someone who protects their QB like Sony Michel 😯#RamsHouse pic.twitter.com/XT7nAWcnKN

This matchup is pristine for whoever claims it in the Rams backfield. The Seahawks have allowed the 12th most rushing yards (1,279), the seventh most TDs (10) , and the fourth-most fantasy points/game (22.8). Darrell Henderson is on the Covid-IR list. but if he makes it back for the game then he is a startable RB2 with RB1 upside. Sony Michel also offers RB2 upside if Henderson is out again this week. Either way, I want the Rams running back this week.
Wide Receivers and Tight Ends
Cooper Kupp (Start, WR1), Van Jefferson (Start, WR2), Tyler Higbee (Start, TE1)
Just trust, Cooper Kupp will catch it 😮

Cooper Kupp already has 113 receptions this year with 1,489 yards and 12 TDs. He’s been amazing this year and now with Odell looking like he’ll miss this game. There are seven targets a game to distribute between Kupp and Van Jefferson. Look for Kupp to go nuclear in this game, never sit him. Jefferson should be featured more in this game with OBJ out. Hopefully, we get to see him downfield more often after that 52-yarder last week had us wanting more. Look for Jefferson to be a WR2 this week who could possibly show out as a WR1 with extra work. Tyler Higbee who was activated off the Covid-IR list should also reap the benefits of extra targets, as he was already averaging six targets over the past four games. Look for Higbee to possibly have a TE1 game with him now becoming the third option on this offense.
