- My biggest miss of Week 1 was having Dalton Kincaid as my TE1 overall. It was ugly for Kincaid’s target volume, but the snap percentage was there, hitting a career high. He does not top the group in Week 2, but he does still come in as my TE5 overall. Don’t overreact; the peripheral numbers were there. Success is coming for Kincaid.
- Additionally, a new name cracks the top five. Isaiah Likely shouldn’t see a massive change in usage in Week 2, and he is set up to crush in a matchup against the perpetually lost Las Vegas Raiders. Mark Andrews doesn’t look 100%, but he should still get on the field again, and he barely slips into the TE1 conversation coming in as my TE11 on the week.
- In tiers two and three, three players could have some surprising production in Week 2: George Kittle, Dallas Goedert, and Colby Parkinson. Each of them has enough volume to help you win the week, and they have a strong matchup.
- I am going out of my way to avoid everyone in the dart-throw tier this week. You will notice Jake Ferguson down in this tier as he is hurt right now, and while he may find a way to suit up (not likely), he is a bench player for the next few weeks.
