Tennessee Titans

Quarterback

Will Levis: Sit

Will Levis has regained his starting position in Tennessee after returning from injury and posted his second-consecutive decent outing in Week 12, leading his team to a thrilling victory over the division rival Houston Texans. Since returning in Week 10, Levis has thrown for two touchdowns in two of three games and recorded at least 275 passing yards in two of three games. However, he still hasn’t reached the point where fantasy managers can feel good starting him. Prone to making bad decisions, Levis has just one game this season without an interception and owns a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 10-9. The Titan’s offensive line isn’t very good either, allowing eight sacks to the Texans’ pass rush.

Running Back

Tony Pollard: Start, RB2

Tony Pollard looked as good as he ever has in Week 12, racking up 119 yards and a score on 24 carries to go with three catches on five targets. This week, Pollard draws a Commanders defense that has been vulnerable to the run, especially recently. The Commanders enter Week 13 ranked 29th in the NFL, allowing 145.5 rushing yards per game. This is a matchup where Pollard can shine for the second-straight week as long as the Titans remain competitive throughout this game. The only concern with Pollard is that he gets scripted out if the Titans fall behind early.

Wide Receiver

Calvin Ridley: FLEX Option, WR3
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Sit

Calvin Ridley has averaged 4.7 receptions for nearly 80 yards per game over the past three weeks with Levis back under center, showing much more consistent production than he had previously this season. Meanwhile, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has caught a touchdown in six of his last seven games. At some point, the touchdown variance has to sway back toward Ridley, right? That’s the bet for fantasy managers this week, as Ridley ranks as a FLEX option, and Westbrook-Ikhine is still a non-starter in nearly every format.

Tight End

Chig Okonkwo: Sit

Despite a 70-yard touchdown catch last week, Chig Okonkwo has not moved the needle for fantasy managers very often this season. The breakaway score was his only target last week. He doesn’t project to see much more volume than that moving forward.

Washington Commanders

Quarterback

Jayden Daniels: Start, QB1

Jayden Daniels enters Week 13 coming off one of his best fantasy production games of the season, posting 274 passing yards, 74 rushing yards, and three total touchdowns. Daniels’ dual-threat capabilities make him an asset to fantasy managers, and after two weeks of limited production on the ground, we finally saw him take off running again in Week 12. The Commanders have lost three straight, making Sunday’s meeting with the Titans a must-win. Expect Washington to lean into their rookie quarterback’s dual-threat talents to ensure a much-needed victory.

Running Back

Brian Robinson Jr.: Start, RB2
Austin Ekeler: FLEX Option, RB3

Robinson left last week’s game early on with an ankle injury but returned to play (albeit in a limited fashion) later. Ekeler suffered a concussion in the final seconds of the game as well. Pay attention to the Commanders’ injury reports throughout the week to see which, if either, will be held out of Week 13. If either one misses, the other becomes instantly more appealing, while third-string running back Jeremy McNichols becomes viable in the deepest of leagues as well. If both are healthy, Robinson ranks higher due to his early-down and goal-line usage in what should be a positive game script for the Commanders.

Wide Receiver

Terry McLaurin: Start, WR2
Noah Brown: Sit

Coming off his worst game of the season in Week 11, Terry McLaurin reminded fantasy managers how much of a difference-maker he can be with five catches for 102 yards and a score, with the vast majority of that production coming on a last-minute 86-yard touchdown. However, McLaurin and the Commanders face a run-funnel defense in the Titans that has limited opponents to an NFL-best 169.6 passing yards per game. It’s a tough spot, especially with the Commanders’ penchant for running the football.

Tight End

Zach Ertz: Sit

Zach Ertz has been a reliable pass-catcher for the Commanders this season, serving as a favorite safety valve for rookie Jayden Daniels. However, this matchup just doesn’t look good on paper for the entire Commanders’ passing game. Favored at home against the league’s best passing defense? I’ll stream someone else.
