Tennessee Titans
Quarterback
Cam Ward: SIT
The first overall pick is averaging a putrid 153.5 passing yards per game and rocking a dismal 2:2 touchdown to interception ratio. You’re better off starting former Carolina Hurricanes Goalie Cam Ward.
Running Back
Tony Pollard: FLEX, RB3
Tony Pollard is a volume-based FLEX and nothing more. If Tyjae Spears returns, neither is startable.
Wide Receiver
Elic Ayomanor: FLEX, WR4
Calvin Ridley: FLEX, WR5
Tyler Lockett: SIT
At the time of writing, Calvin Ridley was not practicing due to multiple injuries. Ridley’s nothing more than a desperation FLEX even if he suits up, but rookie Elic Ayomanor would bump to borderline WR3 status with the additional looks he’d see Ridley were to miss.
Tight End
Chig Okonkwo: SIT
You’re not starting any Titans tight ends.
Defense/Special Teams
Tennessee Titans: SIT
The Titans are one of five teams allowing 30 or more points per game.
Arizona Cardinals
Quarterback
Kyler Murray: START, Borderline QB1
Kyler Murray has come up just short of expectations this season. He’s been fine, but those expecting elite QB production have been left a wee bit disappointed. You’re starting him in most formats, but expect another minuscule performance against a Titans defense allowing the 10th-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
He’s small.
Running Back
Trey Benson: PLACED ON IR
Emari Demercado: SIT
Michael Carter: SIT
My good friend Heath Cummings says it perfectly.
I know a lot of people want confidence from people doing what I do. In situations like the in Arizona, I don't see a lot of reason for it, so I am not going to fake it. Mediocre running backs on a mediocre run offense with uncertain usage but a great matchup & game script. pic.twitter.com/RuQZ05y3iN

The opportunity is there. The matchup is there. The narrative is there. But I can’t start Emari Demercado or Michael Carter until we see what their usage actually looks like.
Wide Receiver
Marvin Harrison Jr.: START, WR2
Michael Wilson: SIT
Greg Dortch: SIT
It was incredible to see the emotion shown by Marvin Harrison Jr. when he was able to push through his struggles to snatch a touchdown and attain his second 18-plus-point fantasy performance of the year.
A massive Marvin Harrison Jr. touchdown gets the @AZCardinals within one score! #TNFoNPrime pic.twitter.com/l8IU4Q3d8q

MHJ has a great chance to keep the momentum going in the matchup against the Titans, who allow the sixth-most points to opposing wide receivers.
Tight End
Trey McBride: START, TE1
You don’t need me to tell you to start Trey McBride. But did you know he shares a birthday (Nov. 22) with two members of The Avengers? (Scarlett Johansson, aka Black Widow, and Mark Ruffalo, aka The Hulk.)
Defense/Special Teams
Arizona Cardinals: STREAMER (one week)
See: Ward, Cam.
