Kickoff: Sunday, October 18, 2026, 4:25 PM ET

Location: Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, NV

Network: CBS

Buffalo Bills

Quarterback

Josh Allen: START, QB1

Josh Allen has permanent residency in your starting lineup. Aaron Judge is the easy baseball parallel. A New York sports icon already on a first-ballot Hall of Fame trajectory, with the kind of personality that makes him easy to root for. Bring home a championship before it’s over, and his already legendary career starts creeping into mythological territory.

Running Back

James Cook III: START, RB1
Ty Johnson: SIT
Ray Davis: SIT

James Cook III has produced for fantasy, currently sitting as the RB11. But he’s had a hard time holding onto the football this season, fumbling three times in his last three games, losing two. Head Coach Joe Brady hinted at the idea that he could lose work if he doesn’t clean it up, but it’s nothing to be concerned about yet. Fire him up with confidence as an RB1 against a Raiders defense allowing 5.2 yards per carry, the second-most in the league.

Wide Receiver

Keon Coleman: FLEX, WR4
Khalil Shakir: FLEX, WR5
DJ Moore: OUT

DJ Moore has yet to practice at the time of writing, and his status is cloudy for Sunday. It’s a middle-of-the-road matchup against the Raiders, but you’re starting Moore if he’s active. For now, consider him out. Both Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir are shaky FLEX options with or without Moore in the lineup.

Tight End

Dalton Kincaid: START, TE1

Dalton Kincaid is coming off three straight duds, scoring fewer than five fantasy points in three straight games. But the Raiders are allowing 236 passing yards per game and have given up six touchdowns to the position. It certainly feels like a great time for a bounce-back. While Dawson Knox is seeing more red zone targets than his teammate, he isn’t in the streamer conversation.

Defense/Special Teams

Buffalo Bills: SIT

Buffalo allows nearly 400 yards of offense per game.

Las Vegas Raiders

Quarterback

Kirk Cousins: START (in Superflex), Borderline QB1

Kirk Cousins is still startable despite coming off his worst start as a Raider. Cousins threw just one touchdown in a game for the first time this season, but gets a Bills defense allowing the 2nd most passing yards and the fourth most points to the position this season. Kirk is still tied for the 2nd most touchdown passes in the league with 12.

Running Back

Ashton Jeanty: START, RB1
Mike Washington Jr: FLEX, RB4
Dylan Laube: SIT

Ashton Jeanty hasn’t been overly productive from a rushing perspective, but the sophomore has made up the difference in the pass game. Jeanty averages over four catches per game on six targets per game with 43 receiving yards, ranking top five in all three at the position. Buffalo’s a top-three matchup, allowing nearly 30 points per game to the position and sets Jeanty up for a top-12 finish in Week 6. The matchup is the only reason Mike Washington Jr. can be considered a FLEX option, but he’s a lotto ticket.

Wide Receiver

Tre Tucker: FLEX, WR4
Cody White: FLEX, WR4
Jalen Nailor: SIT

There are two reasons Tre Tucker and Cody White are remotely startable in fantasy. Kirk Cousins is throwing the ball 35 times per game, and the Bills are the best matchup for opposing wide receivers. Start either at your own risk.

Tight End

Brock Bowers: START, TE1

Brock Bowers is locked into your lineup every week, and Junior Caminero feels like the right MLB comp. Way too young to already be this physically dominant, yet good enough that calling him a “future star” already feels a tad outdated.

Defense/Special Teams

Las Vegas Raiders: SIT

The Raiders are tempting with two forced turnovers per game, but the Bills are tied for the most points per game in the league.
