Buffalo Bills

Quarterback

Josh Allen: Start, QB1

Even in a far more balanced offense, leaning on its run game Josh Allen has retained his status as a top 3 QB option in the league. The Seahawks defense has been interesting as it started off looking like Mike Macdonald had them running like a well-oiled machine and has since taken a turn for the worst. Fortunately, Allen puts up numbers regardless.

Running Back

James Cook: Start, RB2
Ray Davis: Sit
Ty Johnson: Sit

James Cook returned and wasn’t particularly needed against the Titans. With his legs back underneath him I expect him to put up numbers against Seattle’s thin defensive line. Cook has been leaned on in multiple games this season and even when he hasn’t been he has a solid floor. Start him with confidence. Ray Davis and Ty Johnson will get a handful of touches each but would be dependent on a TD for them to be relevant.

Wide Receiver

Amari Cooper: Start, WR2
Khalil Shakir: FLEX Option, WR3
Keon Coleman: FLEX Option, WR4

The most interesting question is how Amari Cooper will look with another full week at practice with Josh Allen. I feel pretty good about saying that he will look great. He had stretches of dominance with Cleveland and their revolving door of poor QBs, with one of the league’s best I expect him to perform at least at 70% of what Stefon Diggs was able to do here. Khalil Shakir should retain value as Allen’s most trusted target and his favorite short to intermediate target, in PPR he’ll still be great. Keon Coleman has started to provide more consistent production, with an okay floor starting to settle in, he seems to be getting more comfortable, I would wait another week or two if you could, but he could start popping consistently.

Tight End

Dalton Kincaid: Start, TE2

Dalton Kincaid has seen at least six targets in four straight weeks, the general public is down on him because expectations were sky-high going into this season and he hasn’t met those. He has still been a solid consistent TE who should have another 8+ point game this week.

Seattle Seahawks

Quarterback

Geno Smith: Start, QB2

Geno Smith has been one of the most consistent fantasy QBs this season dipping below 17 points only twice, throwing at least one touchdown every week. Buffalo provides some solid resistance, but this Seahawks air attack has only been stunted by the right side of their offensive line, I would expect Smith to continue to overcome.

Running Back

Kenneth Walker: Start, RB1
Zach Charbonnet: Sit

When Kenneth Walker plays, he does well. 20+ points twice and had a 30-point explosion against Detroit, OC Ryan Grubbs and HC Mike Macdonald love him and will continue to feature him both in the run and pass game. He has scored a touchdown in all but one game so far this season. Start him and don’t think twice about it. Zach Charbonnet is close to being a streaming option as he seems to make an impact in the passing game with regularity, but just doesn’t quite get the touches when Walker is healthy for me to confidently put him in that category.

Wide Receiver

DK Metcalf: Start, WR2
Jaxon Smith-Njigba: Start, WR3
Tyler Lockett: FLEX Option, WR4

With Geno Smith leading the league in passing yards, all the receivers have been eating this season. DK Metcalf has had a couple of rocky weeks, but consistently sees 7+ targets a game, most of them being deep downfield, he’ll continue to produce. Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been the team’s favorite YAC receiver, moving the sticks and getting the ball in the end zone from that 10-20-yard range. Tyler Lockett has quietly been turning it on. I almost had him in the WR3 slot since Lockett has gotten at least six targets and four receptions in every game but one so far. If you need a consistent 10 points, Lockett is your guy.

Tight End

Noah Fant: Streaming Option

Even though Noah Fant has been the least consistent part of this team’s passing attack, he has had back-to-back games clearing the 10-point mark, has caught his last 21 targets, and is quickly playing himself into a position to be a TE who should be rostered across all leagues.
