Location: Lumen Field, Seattle, WA

Kansas City Chiefs
Quarterback
Patrick Mahomes: START (in Superflex), Borderline QB1
Patrick Mahomes is coming off a 10.5-point dud and faces Seattle at home, a team that allows the fewest passing yards per game and the third-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks. The Seahawks do it while blitzing at the third-lowest rate in the league, too. He’s still Mahomes and still a borderline QB1, but temper expectations.
Running Back
Kenneth Walker: START, RB1
Emmett Johnson: SIT
Brashard Smith: SIT
Kenneth Walker III is RB2 on the season and RB1 in our hearts. It’s great to see him finally getting the respect he deserves, like Reddit. Longtime users are sitting there saying, “We’ve been trying to tell you.”
Wide Receiver
Xavier Worthy: START, WR3
Jalen Royals: SIT
Rashee Rice: SIT
Xavier Worthy caught all seven of his targets for 73 yards last week, and with Rashee Rice dealing with a hamstring injury, he’s the closest thing Kansas City has to a WR1. Seattle allows almost nothing after the catch and the third-fewest points to the position, so Worthy’s only worthy of WR3 status with a low ceiling and lower floor. Rice has yet to return to practice and is expected to miss Week 7.
Tight End
Travis Kelce: STREAMER
Travis Kelce leads all tight ends in yards after the catch per catch and runs straight into a Seattle defense that allows the fewest receiving yards per game to the position and the second-fewest yards after the catch. He’s still averaging over 12 fantasy points per game, so Kelce’s streamable. But look elsewhere this week if you can.
Defense/Special Teams
Kansas City Chiefs: START
Kansas City allows the second-fewest points per game. Yes, Jaxon Smith-Njigba is on the other side, but so is Sam Darnold and his seven interceptions over the past four games.
Seattle Seahawks
Quarterback
Sam Darnold: SIT, QB2 (Startable in Superflex)
Sam Darnold threw the ball over 50 times last week and finished with zero touchdowns and two picks. Darnold ranks second in interceptions per game, and the Chiefs have given up the second-fewest touchdowns to the position. Superflex only, and only if you’re desperate.
Running Back
Emanuel Wilson: FLEX, RB3
George Holani: SIT
Zach Charbonnet: FLEX, RB3
With the expected return of Zach Charbonnet, nobody in this backfield is a comfortable start. Emanuel Wilson has 58% of Seattle’s backfield carries and seven carries inside the 5, which gives him a touchdown path. Charbs practiced in full Wednesday, and Head Coach Mike Macdonald says he has a “good chance” to play. Kansas City allows 3.3 yards per carry to running backs, second-fewest in the league, so if Charbonnet is active and he and Wilson split the work, both are big-time risks. If Seattle gives Charbs another week to heal up, Wilson becomes a more comfortable volume-based FLEX.
Wide Receiver
Jaxon Smith-Njigba: START, WR1
Rashid Shaheed: SIT
Cooper Kupp: SIT
You don’t need directions for this one. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is starting. If there’s an app that fits the way he gets there, it’s Google Maps. Sometimes the route looks a little weird, but once you get to the destination, you realize it knew what it was doing all along.
Tight End
AJ Barner: tHe gLoB
AJ Barner – 6 games, 24 targets, 15 receptions, 138 yards, 0 touchdowns. See for yourself.
Defense/Special Teams
Seattle Seahawks: START
Seattle allows the fewest yards and the fewest passing yards per game in the league.
