Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Quarterback
Baker Mayfield: SIT, QB2 (Startable in Superflex)
After tossing three combined touchdowns in Weeks 6-8, Baker Mayfield threw three against the Patriots in Week 10. Up next is Buffalo, though, who’ve given up three passing touchdowns in total over their last four games and allow the third fewest points to the position. Mayfield is still a must-start in Superflex, but if you have other options in 1QB, I’d prefer to look elsewhere. I’d rather start Aaron Rodgers or Joe Flacco.
Running Back
Bucky Irving: START, RB1 (If Active) | Likely OUT
Rachaad White: START, RB2 | FLEX, RB3 (If Irving Active)
Sean Tucker: FLEX, RB3 | SIT (If Irving Active)

THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
BUCKY IRVING HAS RETURNED TO PRACTICE.
Granted, it was a limited practice, and I still expect him to return next week, but it’s a phenomenal sign to actually see him out there. If Bucky does suit up this week, you’re starting him. Period. He’s in the “I don’t care if he plays one snap, you start this guy” group. And that has nothing to do with Buffalo being a juicy matchup, allowing four touchdowns to running backs in their last three games, and the sixth most points to the position. If Irving is out, Rachaad White retains his RB2 status, and Sean Tucker is a FLEX. If Bucky’s back, bump White to FLEX and chuck Tucker back to the bench.
Wide Receiver
Emeka Egbuka: START, WR1
Tez Johnson: START, WR3
Chris Godwin Jr.: SIT
The beast of a rookie receiver for the Tampa Bay Bucs scored twice, his third and fourth touchdowns in his last four games. No, not Emeka Egbuka. It was Tez Johnson with his first 20-point fantasy performance. Johnson is averaging nearly six targets per game since Week 6 and has over 11 fantasy points in three of those four games. The fact that Johnson continues to deliver while Egbuka continues to get fed gives me confidence that his production is sustainable. If he’s somehow available in your league, Johnson is a drop the bag, make it rain, throw all your gold like Scrooge McDuck type of pickup. He’s a high-upside WR3 with a decent floor and some week-winning spike weeks sprinkled in. Emeka Egbuka saw a career-high 13 targets and had over 10 points for the first time since Week 5. It was the fourth time he’s scored over 20 points this season, and Egbuka is locked in as a must-start. Chris Godwin also returned to a limited practice but is likely at least another week away from returning. Even when he does, I’m in no rush to get him in my lineup.
Tight End
Cade Otton: STREAMER
Cade Otton had his best game of the season on the tail of a career-high 12 targets, catching nine balls for 82 yards. But Otton has his work cut out for him in Week 11, as the Bills allow the fewest fantasy points to the position and have allowed more than three receptions just once. They’ve held all but two tight ends under 45 yards and not allowed a touchdown to the position since Week 2. He’s more of a streamer than a locked-in starter in my eyes.
Defense/Special Teams
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: SIT

Buffalo Bills
Quarterback
Josh Allen: START, QB1
Josh Allen is a weekly must-start, but did you know that the reigning MVP is also a juggler? It’s a talent he shares with his backup, Kyle Allen.
Running Back
James Cook III: START, RB1
Ty Johnson: SIT
Ray Davis: SIT
You absolutely start James Cook every week, but did you know that he wears the Number 4 for the Bills because of a family tradition? His brothers, Dalvin Cook and DeAndre Burnett, both wore it, the latter while playing youth football. James switched from 28 to 4 in 2023 after the NFL rules changed to allow single-digit numbers for running backs.
Editor’s note: Here’s another fun fact. James’ full name is James Dalvin Cook, while Dalvin’s full name is Dalvin James Cook. I suppose they ran out of names at the name store. But it’s still not as bad as George Foreman naming all five of his sons George. Jay, please take back the reins before I exhaust all of my name-based sports trivia.
Wide Receiver
Khalil Shakir: START, WR3
Keon Coleman: FLEX, WR4
Joshua Palmer: SIT
Keon Coleman caught his third touchdown of the season and had his first 10+ point performance since Week 5. Don’t rush him back into your lineup yet, though. Coleman’s caught three or fewer passes in all but one game since Week 2, and his 46 yards last week were his second-highest total of the year. The matchup against Tampa is neutral, but the Bucs have allowed just two completions over 20 yards since Week 7. Khalil Shakir continues to be Josh Allen’s most targeted receiver with a 27% target share in their last three games, but his 3.1 average depth of target is the second lowest among players with at least 50 routes run over that period. He’s a Buffalo McDouble. Joshua Palmer returned to practice and could suit up on Sunday, but he has done nothing this season to be considered for fantasy purposes.
Tight End
Dalton Kincaid: START, TE1 (If Active) | Likely OUT
Dawson Knox: SIT
Dalton Kincaid left the game against Miami with an injured hamstring and is considered week to week. But he’s yet to practice at the time of writing, and is expected to miss at least one game. Dawson Knox would be in line for more work, but isn’t on the fantasy radar.
Defense/Special Teams
Buffalo Bills: SIT
They just gave up 30 points to the Dolphins. You don’t need any more info than that.
