Location: SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, CA

Network: FOX

Seattle Seahawks

Quarterback

Sam Darnold: SIT, QB2 (startable in Superflex)

Sam Darnold had fewer passing attempts than Kenneth Walker III had rushing attempts in Week 10. Seriously. Darnold has proven his Minnesota resurgence wasn’t a fluke, but tends to go off in the good matchups and not really play badly in difficult matchups, but not do much for fantasy. I’m avoiding Darnold in 1QB leagues against the Rams, but he’s fine for Superflex.

Running Back

Kenneth Walker III: FLEX, RB3
Zach Charbonnet: FLEX, RB3

The split backfield in Seattle continues. Zach Charbonnet continues to be the preferred goal-line option, handling 58.8% of the carries inside the five and scoring five touchdowns in his last six games. I wish they would free Kenneth Walker III, but it looks like that won’t happen until he leaves in free agency. Both are flex plays, with Charbs the preferred option because of his goal-line presence. The Rams have given up the fewest fantasy points to running backs this season, giving up their first rushing touchdown to the position last week to Brian Robinson. Both are best left on benches, but can be started as flex plays.

Wide Receiver

Jaxon Smith-Njigba: START, WR1
Rashid Shaheed: FLEX, WR4
Cooper Kupp: SIT

Jaxon Smith-Njigba is obviously a lock in your lineup, but did you know that his unique last name and the Sierra Leone flag on his helmet are an ode to his grandfather? His grandfather, John, changed his name from Njigba to Smith to better fit in when he immigrated from Sierra Leone in the 1970s. The acquisition of Rashid Shaheed killed the Tony Horton hype for 2025. Shaheed is a volatile flex who I’d prefer to bench this week, considering the Rams have allowed just one wide receiver to catch a touchdown since Week 4. Cooper Kupp is a low-floor, low-upside option against his former team. He can be left on most waiver wires.

Tight End

AJ Barner: SIT
Elijah Arroyo: SIT

Neither Seahawks tight end is in consideration for fantasy purposes.

Defense/Special Teams

Seattle Seahawks: START

Seattle is one of six teams holding opposing offenses to under 20 points per game and is tied for the second-most sacks with 32.

Los Angeles Rams

Quarterback

Matthew Stafford: START, QB1

So we all agree that Matthew Stafford‘s “back injury” was about as real as LeBron James‘ hairline in “Space Jam 2.” The dude leads the league with 25 passing touchdowns and has a total of 13 in his past three games. Stafford is (the leading?) MVP candidate and locked in as a must-start QB1.

Running Back

Kyren Williams: START, RB2
Blake Corum: SIT

Kyren Williams has scored over 16 fantasy points in four of his last five games, but Blake Corum has been more involved as of late. Corum has 12 or more carries in three straight games and nearly triple the explosive run rate of Williams (7.7% to 2.6%). Williams is still a must-start, but Corum has earned enough of a role to be ever so slightly concerned about Williams’ ceiling when he’s not getting touchdowns. Corum can be a flex in the right matchups. Against Seattle, however, leave Corum on the bench.

Wide Receiver

Puka Nacua: START, WR1
Davante Adams: START, WR2

Jordan Whittington: SIT

You clearly start Puka Nacua every week, but did you know he wants to go play professional basketball overseas once his NFL career is over? Davante Adams had yet to practice at the time of writing due an oblique injury suffered against the 49ers, but he’s fully expected to suit up against the Seahawks on Sunday. According to Sean McVay, Adams was held out as a precaution with the game out of reach. He should be fine for Week 11. The Seahawks present a tough matchup, but the league leader in touchdown receptions (9) and red zone targets (22) is a must-start in all formats regardless of matchup.

Tight End

Tyler Higbee: SIT

#BenchtheBee

Defense/Special Teams

Los Angeles Rams: START

The Rams are top five in turnovers forced and one of four teams holding opponents under 18 points per game.
