Kickoff: Sunday, December 14, 2025, 4:25 p.m. ET

Location: Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, CA

Network: FOX

Tennessee Titans

Quarterback

Cam Ward: SIT

The Titans got the road win and Cam Ward threw multiple touchdowns for the first time in his brief career, but the first overall pick was still #notgood. Ward threw for just 117 yards, completing 50% of his passes, and threw his seventh interception of the season. Heading into his 14th start, Ward has just nine touchdown passes, and chances are, if he’s on your roster, your fantasy season is already over.

Running Back

Tony Pollard: SIT
Tyjae Spears: SIT

Zero clue where this came from, but Tony Pollard ran for 161 yards and two touchdowns, the best game of his career by far. This was against the Cleveland defense, which came into the game allowing a league-low 3.7 yards per carry and holding all other backs, except Derrick Henry, under 100 yards. His two touchdowns came on explosive runs of 32 yards and 65 yards, respectively. Pollard came into the game with 69 total yards on explosive runs this season. He was likely floating around on most waiver wires, and rightfully so. You can’t start him next week, but if he’s out there, you should pick him up in case he goes on a Tim Hightower lightning-in-a-bottle league-winning run.  Tyjae Spears hasn’t scored 10 fantasy points since Week 8 and is firmly off the fantasy radar.

Wide Receiver

Elic Ayomanor: SIT
Chimere Dike: SIT

Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike both caught touchdowns, but totaled 38 receiving yards between them. Even in a plus matchup against the 49ers, they both remain fantasy fades for me.

Tight End

Chig Okonkwo: SIT

Chig Okonk-no, amirite?

Defense/Special Teams

Tennessee Titans: SIT

The Titans allow over 27 points per game and force fewer than one turnover per game.

San Francisco 49ers

Quarterback

Brock Purdy: START, QB1

Brock Purdy faces the same defense that just let Shedeur Sanders throw for 364 yards and score four total touchdowns. Need I say more?

Running Back

Christian McCaffrey: START, RB1
Brian Robinson Jr.: SIT

Christian McCaffrey is an autostart, but did you know that his toughest companion off the field is a toy goldendoodle named Oliver Sprinkles? Despite his gladiator-like persona on the gridiron, McCaffrey is a devoted dog dad who famously started an Instagram account for the fluffy pup after adopting him in 2020.

Wide Receiver

Jauan Jennings: START, WR2
Ricky Pearsall: SIT

Demarcus Robinson: SIT

The offense flows through CMC and George Kittle before it even starts to tilt towards the wide receivers. Jauan Jennings has been the most consistent option, averaging just under seven targets a game since Week 7 and 10 or more points in four of his last five games. He’s a solid WR2 in a top 10 matchup against Tennessee. It’s tempting to want to throw Ricky Pearsall in at flex in a tasty matchup, but it’s a high-risk, mid-reward move that could cost you your matchup.

Tight End

George Kittle: START, TE1

George Kittle is a week-in, week-out starter, but did you know that he actually lived out his childhood dream by making his WWE debut at WrestleMania 39? A lifelong wrestling fanatic, Kittle jumped the barricade during a match between Pat McAfee and The Miz to deliver a vicious clothesline to the WWE Superstar, directly helping secure the win for McAfee.

Defense/Special Teams

San Francisco 49ers: START

Josh Allen, Matthew Stafford, Drake Maye, Dak Prescott, Patrick Mahomes, Daniel Jones, Justin Herbert, and Caleb Williams each have more total yards this season than the entire Titans offense.
