Game Info

Kickoff: Sunday, November 2, 2025, 1 p.m. ET

Location: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ

Network: CBS

San Francisco 49ers

Quarterback

Brock Purdy: SIT, QB2 (startable in Superflex)
Mac Jones: SIT, QB2 (startable in Superflex)

Brock Purdy. Brock McGinn. Mac Jones. Indiana Jones. Doesn’t matter who it is. If your quarterback is facing the Giants, you’re starting them in fantasy. The Giants have allowed the third-most fantasy points to the position, including 10 total touchdowns over their last three games. There’s a chance Purdy finally returns from injury, but if he can’t, Jones makes for a solid Superflex start once again. Both would be outside of my top 12 QBs for the week in my rankings, making them technical “sits” in single-QB formats, but the matchup and team context give them plenty of upside.

Running Back

Christian McCaffrey: START, RB1
Brian Robinson Jr.: SIT

You already know to start Christian McCaffrey, but did you know he was born in 1996, the same year the original “Scream” debuted?

Wide Receiver

Kendrick Bourne: FLEX, WR4
Jauan Jennings: FLEX, WR4
Ricky Pearsall

Rickey Pearsall is expected to miss yet another game, setting up Kedrick Bourne and Jauan Jennings as the starting wideouts for the Niners. They’ve both done next to nothing over the past few weeks but make for high-upside flex plays against a Giants defense allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to the position. I mean, they let Jahan Dotson catch a touchdown last week. What more could you ask for?

Tight End

George Kittle: START, TE1

You already know to start George Kittle, but did you know he was born in 1993, the same year the beloved Halloween classic “Hocus Pocus” was released?

Defense/Special Teams

San Francisco 49ers: SIT

Injuries have destroyed the 49ers’ defense and the unit’s fantasy value.

New York Giants

Quarterback

Jaxson Dart: SIT, QB2 (Startable in Superflex)

Another week, another heartbreaking loss for the Giants and Jaxson Dart. This time it was his BFF Cam Skattebo, who suffered a gruesome dislocated ankle and is out for the rest of the season. On the dimly lit, just barely bright side, Dart rushed for a touchdown in the third straight game and his fourth in the last five. Dart was able to get a tuddy to his buddy before the unfortunate injury, and still looked good despite playing with dollar store weapons. Dart should still maintain borderline top 12 status thanks to his rushing upside, but that ceiling of his keeps crumbling with every teammate he loses.

Running Back

Cam Skattebo
Tyrone Tracy Jr.: START, RB2
Devin Singletary: SIT

Tyrone Tracy Jr. is back in the starter’s saddle after a horrendous dislocated ankle prematurely ended Skattebo’s rookie season. Tracy should see the majority of the Giants’ backfield, and that volume alone makes him a low-end RB2. Don’t expect a whole lot against the Niners, however. They’ve held all but two running backs faced under 70 yards.

Wide Receiver

Wan’Dale Robinson: START, WR3
Jalin Hyatt: SIT
Darius Slayton: SIT

Although he’s the top target for Dart, Wan’Dale Robinson is a victim of his rookie quarterback’s inconsistent play. Robinson is the only Giants receiver worth starting in fantasy, but he’s a highly volatile WR3. San Francisco is a tolerable matchup, but hasn’t allowed a 100-yard receiver since Week 1.

Tight End

Theo Johnson: STREAMER

Theo Johnson, YOU are a member of tHe gLoB.

tHe gLoB (θɛ/glɒb) A mass of tight ends whose stat line you can expect to be around 3-5 targets, 2-4 catches, 40ish yards, and double-digit fantasy points if they happen to fall into the end zone.

Defense/Special Teams

New York Giants: SIT

After holding the Eagles to 17 points in Week 7, the Giants have allowed a combined 834 yards and 71 points.
