Philadelphia Eagles

Quarterback

Jalen Hurts: START, QB1

Jalen Hurts is obviously a lock in your lineup, but did you know that he is the only quarterback in NFL history to record three consecutive seasons with at least 10 rushing touchdowns (2021-2023)?

Running Back

Saquon Barkley: START, RB1
Tank Bigsby: SIT

Saquon Barkley had his best game of the season by far before the bye, totaling 18 touches for 174 yards, his first two rushes over 20 yards this season, two total touchdowns, one rushing and one receiving. Saquon tweaked his groin and left the game early, and that meant Tank Bigsby time. I felt like a proud papa watching Bigsby run all over the Giants, rushing for 104 yards on just nine carries, showing every bit of the explosiveness that made me get all hot and bothered thinking of him in a Liam Coen offense. It was the first time since 2013 that Philly had two running backs rush for over 100 yards in the same game, LeSean McCoy and Bryce Brown. It was fantastic to see Barkley finally have a big-time performance, but I’m not ready to push him back into RB1 status just yet. He rushed for 150 yards against the Giants, just 9 yards short of matching his rushing total from Weeks 2-7. Barkley is expected to be fine and play against the Packers, but Bigsby has played himself firmly into the must-stash-handcuff conversation.

Wide Receiver

A.J. Brown: START, WR2
DeVonta Smith: START, WR3

With the recent emphasis on the pass game in Philadelphia, both A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith have bounced back after a slow start, averaging over 20 fantasy points in each of their last two starts. The Packers are a middle-of-the-road matchup, but the duo could struggle to approach 20 points against them. Green Bay has allowed just seven passing touchdowns to receivers this season. They are still starting in all formats, but their ceilings are a bit lower than normal.

Tight End

Dallas Goedert: START, TE1

It’s been touchdown or bust for Dallas Goedert, who’s averaging a touchdown per game played. He’s a borderline TE1 against a Packers defense allowing the eighth most points to the position.

Defense/Special Teams

Philadelphia Eagles: SIT

The Eagles’ defense has just 16 sacks and seven forced turnovers this season.

Green Bay Packers

Quarterback

Jordan Love: SIT, QB2 (startable in Superflex)

Is it time to have a talk about Jordan Love for fantasy purposes? Over his last four games, he’s thrown multiple touchdowns once and was held out of the end zone last week against the Panthers. He hasn’t looked bad by any means, but with the Packers’ defense dominating, Love hasn’t had to air it out. I’m only starting him in Superflex leagues in Week 10 against Philly. The Eagles have held five of eight quarterbacks faced under 200 passing yards and have only allowed multiple passing touchdowns twice

Running Back

Josh Jacobs: START, RB1

You absolutely need to start Josh Jacobs every week, but did you know that in his 2022 rushing title season, he accounted for 48.2% of the Raiders’ entire offensive yardage? That was the highest percentage of a team’s total offense by a running back in the last 20 years.

Wide Receiver

Romeo Doubs: START, WR3
Christian Watson: FLEX, WR4

Matthew Golden: FLEX, WR4

Romeo Doubs once again led the Packers in catches (7), targets (10), and receiving yards (91). No other receiver had more than four targets. He’s as safe as they come for WR3s, but doesn’t have much of a ceiling. Matthew Golden got banged up in Week 9 but is expected to play Monday night. He and Christian Watson are in line for additional looks with Tucker Kraft going down for the season with an MCL tear. They’re both volatile flex options looking for a play downfield. But don’t expect much against the Eagles, who have held opponents to the fifth-lowest completion rate (27.5%) on pass attempts of 20 or more yards.

Tight End

Tucker Kraft
Luke Musgrave: SIT

Luke Musgrave slides right in as the replacement starting tight end for Tucker Kraft, but should stay right on the waiver wire in your fantasy league.

Defense/Special Teams

Green Bay Packers: SIT

The Packers’ defense has forced just five turnovers this season.
