Kickoff: Sunday, September 14th, 2025, 1:00 ET

Location: Nissan Stadium, Nashville, TN

Network: CBS

Los Angeles Rams

Quarterback

Matthew Stafford: SIT

Matthew Stafford faced the ninth fastest average time to pressure in Week 1, and things won’t get any better against the Titans. Tennessee was able to put pressure on Bo Nix in an average of 2.03 seconds, the fifth fastest time in the league. An already struggling offensive line had both starting guards (LG Steve Avila, RG Kevin Dotson) miss practice on Wednesday due to sprained ankles and are considered “week-to-week”. Not ideal for a quarterback with a back being held together by duct tape.

Running Back

Kyren Williams: START, RB2
Blake Corum: SIT
Jarquez Hunter: SIT

In typical Kyren Williams fashion, his stats were inefficient and volume-based. He averaged 3.67 yards per carry on 18 attempts, including eight yards on four carries in the red zone. As long as he maintains an 80% snap share and the majority of the Rams carries, he’s a high-end RB2 with potential for spike weeks. Williams has a solid matchup against a Titans defense that allowed five yards per carry and 151 yards on the ground against Denver (seventh most). Blake Corum is nothing more than a handcuff at this point in the season.

Wide Receiver

Puka Nacua: START, WR1
Davante Adams: START, WR2
Tutu Atwell: SIT

The Titans’ defense was able to shut down the Broncos’ passing game for the most part, holding Denver to 176 passing yards and just one passing score. Expect a similar stat line for Puka Nacua that we saw out of Courtland Sutton: a high number of targets with a respectable catch and yardage total, and probably a score. Nacua is matchup-proof and starting in all formats. Davante Adams saw eight targets from Stafford, but only came down with four for 51 yards. He’s a middling WR2 who likely needs a touchdown to push past 12ish fantasy points.

Tight End

Tyler Higbee: SIT

Zero targets, under 60% snap share…#NeverHigbee

Tennessee Titans

Quarterback

Cameron Ward: SIT

First overall pick Cam Ward couldn’t have asked for a more difficult defense to debut against than the Denver Broncos, and unsurprisingly, it was no bueno. Now he gets to face a Rams defense that held CJ Stroud under 200 yards and without a passing touchdown. Pass.

Running Back

Tony Pollard: START, RB2

Write it in permanent marker each week Tyjae Spears remains out: 15+ carries, a target or two, and possibly a touchdown. Tony Pollard is an RB2 based on volume alone. Ba da ba ba ba, McDouble.

Wide Receiver

Calvin Ridley: START, WR3
Elic Ayomanor: SIT
Tyler Lockett: SIT

The good? Calvin Ridley saw eight targets. The bad? He caught half of them for a grand total of 27 receiving yards. Not surprising since reigning Defensive Player of the Year Patrick Surtain covered him on 84% of his routes. Elic Ayomanor surprisingly saw a healthy seven targets, but turned them into two catches for 13 yards. Until Ward proves he can be productive in the NFL, Ridley will remain a high upside WR3. Ayomanor is unstartable, but an interesting player to watch.

Tight End

Chig Okonkwo: SIT

The only pass catcher remotely startable on the Titans is Ridley.
