Philadelphia Eagles
Quarterback
Jalen Hurts: START, QB1
Jalen Hurts completed just 14 of 25 pass attempts, but three went for touchdowns. Hurts finished with a smidge over 200 passing yards, no interceptions, and chipped in 46 rushing yards on seven carries. The completion rate wasn’t pretty, but three touchdowns with none being rushing is a great sign for Hurts’ floor and ceiling for the rest of the season. It won’t always be enjoyable to watch, but Hurts should provide QB1 numbers most weeks.
Running Back
Saquon Barkley: START, RB1
Tank Bigsby: SIT
Saquon Barkley‘s 5.53 yards per carry is great. His 6.7% explosive run rate is not. But facing a Titans defense that gave up over 150 rushing yards and two rushing scores in Week 1, lock Barkley in as an RB1 for Week2. Tank Bigsby shouldn’t be started, but should be rostered everywhere. He’s arguably the best handcuff in fantasy.
Wide Receiver/Tight End
DeVonta Smith: START, WR2
Dontayvion Wicks: SIT
Makai Lemon: SIT
Dallas Goedert: START, TE1
What we saw from the Eagles’ passing game is exactly what concerned me about considering DeVonta Smith a WR1. Smith saw five targets and tied Dallas Goedert for the team lead, while Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon saw 4 each. All four had an even four first-read targets as well, which tells me this offense doesn’t have an alpha and Hurts will continue to spread the ball around. Granted, it’s only one week, but not an ideal start for those arguing for Smith’s alpha WR case. A lot is being said about Lemon and the fact that you, me, and everyone reading this had more receiving yards than him in Week 1, but he ran just two fewer routes than Wicks despite playing 15 fewer snaps. Don’t count the rookie out yet, and don’t bet on Wicks either. Neither can be trusted to start. However, maybe Goedert’s touchdown run will continue into 2026. It doesn’t have to if he sees 20% targets, 25% air yards share, an 11.4 ADoT, and 4 first-read targets. Those are all numbers worthy of welcoming him to the TE1 ranks.
Defense/Special Teams
Philadelphia Eagles: START

Tennessee Titans
Quarterback
Cam Ward: SIT
Cam Ward needed 32 attempts to throw for 140 yards. THIRTY-TWO ATTEMPTS. The 21 rushing yards sprinkled in aren’t near enough to make that ok. Ward did throw a touchdown and avoided an interception, but this wasn’t a performance that makes me want to throw him into any fantasy lineup. I still like the talent long term, but this performance was beyond awful.
Running Back
Tony Pollard: SIT
Tyjae Spears: SIT
Nicholas Singleton: SIT
Ten combined rushes and six combined targets for Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears. No thanks. (Stash Nicholas Singleton if you can).
Wide Receiver
Carnell Tate: FLEX, WR4
Wan’Dale Robinson: FLEX, WR4
Calvin Ridley: SIT
The talented Carnell Tate has sky-high upside that will frustratingly be seen very little in Tennessee if Ward continues to play poorly. Tate saw 6 targets, had 42.6% of the team’s air yards share, and six of Ward’s first-read targets. He’s obviously the guy for the Titans. But he’ll continue to be held back until if this offense clicks
Wan’Dale Robinson is still the same PPR scam he was in New York, but somehow less likely to get in the end zone after leaving the Giants.
Tight End
Gunnar Helm: SIT
An interesting project, but not enough route participation or an exciting enough offense to be startable. Maybe someday for you Dynasty gamers.
Defense/Special Teams
Tennessee Titans: SIT
Almost 400 yards allowed. No sacks. No takeaways. No start.
