Game Info

Kickoff: Sunday, September 27, 2026, 4:05 PM ET

Location: Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL

Network: FOX

Minnesota Vikings

Quarterback

Kyler Murray: START (in Superflex), Borderline QB1

Kyler Murray officially cleared concussion protocol and will start Week 3 for the Vikings. There’s not much to go off of after his five-pass-attempt debut, but Tampa is a great matchup and keeps Kyler in borderline QB1 range.

Running Back

Aaron Jones Sr: START, RB2
Deejay Dallas: SIT
Demond Claiborne: FLEX, RB3 (If Jones OUT)

Aaron Jones Sr. handled 23 carries for 105 yards against the Bears…and picked up a knee injury along the way. He wasn’t practicing at the time of writing, but his status for Sunday is up in the air. If he’s active, he’s a volume-based RB2 until his knee explodes into a million pieces. If he’s out, Demond Claiborne makes for an interesting FLEX gamble.

Wide Receiver

Justin Jefferson: START, WR1
Jordan Addison: FLEX, WR4
Jauan Jennings: SIT

Justin Jefferson is a lock for your starting lineup the same way a Dole Whip is a lock at Disney. Looks smooth, is smooth, and somehow still lives up to the hype. Jordan Addison is averaging 2 fantasy points per game, but the hope is that Murray’s return is the answer.

Tight End

T.J. Hockenson: SIT

Hockenson has seen modest target totals with Carson Wentz under center, and we don’t entirely know how things will look with Murray at the helm. He’s a desperation streamer right now.

Defense/Special Teams

Minnesota Vikings: START

Must. Start. Every Week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Quarterback

Baker Mayfield: SIT

Good thing he got paid before the season started, because Baker Mayfield has been straight doo-doo-butter this season. Until he turns things around, he’s a sit in all formats, and that’s highly unlikely against the Vikings.

Running Back

Bucky Irving: START, RB2
Kenny Gainwell: FLEX, RB3
Sean Tucker: SIT

I am more than willing to admit when I’m wrong, and it looks like I was wrong about Bucky Irving. His snap share increased to 78%, and he handled 17 carries for the Bucs in Week 2. I still believe Kenny Gainwell will have a larger role in this offense than he does now by the end of the season, but there’s no denying Irving’s backfield. The Bucs’ front seven is known to be a tough customer, but Irving is shifty enough and has the pass-catching chops to return RB2 value.

Wide Receiver

Emeka Egbuka: START, WR2
Chris Godwin Jr: START, WR3
Ted Hurst III: SIT

Emeka Egbuka and Chris Godwin Jr. are victims of the “Paid Baker Mayfield playing like Browns Baker Mayfield” curse, and until that turns around, they’ll both be volatile fantasy options. At least Egbuka seems to be the more trusted option in the red zone.

Tight End

Cade Otton: SIT

The Globbiest of Globs to have ever Globbed.

Defense/Special Teams

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: STREAMER

I’m a big fan of Kyler Murray and the upside he possesses. But he’s easily a streaming defense target until he shows he can hold onto the ball.
