Game Info

Kickoff: Sunday, October 4, 2026, 1:00 PM ET

Location: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, MD

Network: CBS

Tennessee Titans

Quarterback

Cam Ward: SIT

So. About that big arm Cam Ward has. His 5.7 yards per attempt ranks 31st out of 35 qualifying quarterbacks, and his 6.3 aDOT ranks 30th. Wasn’t Brian Daboll supposed to let him air it out? As if you needed any other reason, the Ravens are a bottom-12 matchup for QBs. It’s called Superflex for a reason. You don’t have to start another QB.

Running Back

Tony Pollard: SIT
Tyjae Spears: SIT
Julius Chestnut: SIT
Nicholas Singleton: SIT

Neither Tony Pollard nor Tyjae Spears was practicing at the time of writing, and their status is unclear. It’s not like it really matters; you don’t want any Titan not named Carnell or Wan’Dale anywhere near your starting lineup. Even though he hasn’t had a single carry, rookie Nicholas Singleton makes for an interesting stash. If he breaks out in any way, he could be near the top of everyone’s waiver wish list next week.

Wide Receiver

Carnell Tate: FLEX, WR4
Wan’Dale Robinson: FLEX, WR4
Calvin Ridley: SIT

Carnell Tate/Wan’Dale Robinson 🤝 Denzell Boston/K.C. Concepcion

(Two receivers with similar target shares, one boom/bust, one higher floor/lower ceiling. Hot garbage at quarterback).

Tight End

Gunnar Helm: SIT

More like gLoBar Helm, amirite?

Defense/Special Teams

Tennessee Titans: SIT

Not with Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry lining up on the other side of the line of scrimmage.

Baltimore Ravens

Quarterback

Lamar Jackson: START, QB1

Yeah, you’re starting Lamar Jackson, who was told by some that he shouldn’t play quarterback. Some don’t think the Starbucks Dragon Drink should be sold at a coffee shop. Both electric, just the right amount of different, and impossible not to like.

Running Back

Derrick Henry: START, RB1
Justice Hill: SIT
Rasheen Ali: SIT

Derrick Henry is immortal. At 32 years of age, the man ranks top five in rushing yards per game, fantasy points per game, running back carry share, and ranks first in carries , red zone carries, and carries inside the five per game. Henry just may be the guy to end Father Time’s undefeated streak.

Wide Receiver

Zay Flowers: START, WR1
Rashod Bateman: FLEX, WR4
Chris Moore: SIT

After missing Week 2, Zay Flowers was able to suit up in Week 3, where he matched his Week 1 output of six targets and five catches, instead trading 150 receiving yards for 84 and a score. The Titans are a middle-of-the-road matchup, but when he’s active, he’s a WR1. When Flowers is out, Rashod Bateman bumps to WR3 territory. With Flowers in, Bateman falls to a FLEX.

Tight End

Mark Andrews: SIT

Mark Andrews has just one game over double digits this season and takes on a Titans defense allowing the third-fewest points to the position.

Defense/Special Teams

Baltimore Ravens: START

Tennessee is scoring less than 13 points a game.
