Kickoff: Sunday, October 4, 2026, 1:00 PM ET

Location: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA

Network: FOX

Los Angeles Rams

Quarterback

Matthew Stafford: START (in Superflex), Borderline QB1

A top-10 matchup and third-highest passing yards per game help offset Stafford’s unsightly 6:4 touchdown-to-interception ratio. He’s a suitable start in 1QB leagues, and a must-start in Super Flex.

Running Back

Kyren Williams: START, RB1
Blake Corum: FLEX, RB3

The inefficient one, Kyren Williams, has been efficient. Ranking fifth in yards per carry with 5.6 and a spry 10.5% explosive run rate, Williams currently ranks inside the top 10 at the position. He’s also getting a boost from his four targets and 35+ receiving yards per game. Blake Corum is the “hope he hits a home run even though it’s not baseball” FLEX play, getting just nine carries a game but has an electric 17.9% explosive run rate. Philly isn’t the best matchup, but Kyren belongs in your lineup, and Corum is this close. In deeper leagues with multiple FLEX spots, he’s a solid play.

Wide Receiver

Puka Nacua: START, WR1
Davante Adams: START, WR2

Konata Mumpfield: SIT

It sounds like Puka Nacua will be back for the Rams this Sunday, and he’ll slide right back into his usual WR1 slot. Which doesn’t make much of a difference for Davante Adams, but it does for Konata Mumpfield, who played 69% and 73% of snaps in the two games without Nacua in the lineup. Mumpfield had eight targets that he turned into four catches for 93 receiving yards and a tuddy. He’s worth a stash in case Nacua or Adams were to miss additional time.

Tight End

Any Rams TE: SIT

If you were thinking about rolling the dice on one of the Rams tight ends, don’t. The Eagles have yet to allow a touchdown to the position and are the second-worst fantasy matchup.

Defense/Special Teams

Los Angeles Rams: STREAMER

The Rams are holding opponents to the third-fewest total yards per game.

Philadelphia Eagles

Quarterback

Jalen Hurts: START, QB1

I was told the Eagles would be passing the ball more in 2026. If that’s the case, then why does Jalen Hurts rank 19th in pass attempts and 20th in passing yards per game? Well, it certainly doesn’t help that he’s been sacked on 7.6% of his dropbacks. Hurts’ rushing floor keeps him floating along the QB1 line every week, but he’s going to have to get it going through the air if he wants to jump back into elite fantasy range. Against a Rams defense allowing 174 passing yards and 5.22 yards per attempt (both second lowest), that ain’t happening.

Running Back

Saquon Barkley: START, RB2
Tank Bigsby: SIT
Will Shipley: SIT

It’s gonna be another rough go of it for Saquon Barkley against the Rams. Barkley, who’s averaging over five yards per carry, is only averaging seven fantasy points per game. He should be fine long term, as his explosive run rate sits at 11.8%. But LA is holding opposing running backs under 15 points a game and has yet to allow one to score.

Wide Receiver

DeVonta Smith: START, WR1
Dontayvion Wicks: FLEX, WR4

Makai Lemon: SIT

I’m not particularly excited about DeVonta Smith this week, but his WR1 rank has more to do with multiple names nose-diving for various reasons. The likes of Malik Nabers, Ladd McConkey, Nico Collins, and Emeka Egbuka would generally rank ahead of him for me. Smith is averaging a respectable 16.2 points per game and a top-five 47.7% air yard share, but the Rams aren’t a great matchup and the implied game total is barely over 40.

Tight End

Dallas Goedert: SIT

Dallas Goedert is doubtful, and you’re not starting any other Eagles tight end.

Defense/Special Teams

Philadelphia Eagles: SIT

Three sacks and no turnovers in three games.
