Game Info

Kickoff: Monday, October 12, 2026, 8:15 PM ET

Location: SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, CA

Network: ABC

Buffalo Bills

Quarterback

Josh Allen: START, QB1

Josh Allen has permanent residency in your starting lineup, and somehow, Monopoly feels perfect. An all-time classic. You’ve come close to winning it four times, but can never seem to finish.

Running Back

James Cook III: START, RB1
Ty Johnson: FLEX, RB4
Ray Davis: SIT

The Rams allow the third fewest points to the position and have yet to allow a touchdown to a running back, but you start James Cook anyway. Ty Johnson is a sneaky FLEX this week, however, in a game that should have plenty of scoring and facing a Rams defense allowing nearly five receptions per game to backs.

Wide Receiver

DJ Moore: Likely OUT
Khalil Shakir: FLEX
Keon Coleman: FLEX

There’s no word on the status of DJ Moore at the time of writing, but expect him to miss Monday Night Football against the Rams. With or without him, Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman are FLEX plays. Shakir is the boring “he’ll get you 8-12 points” type, and Coleman is the “He’ll get you 0.8 or 21.2 points” type. If you’re debating between the two, you’ll probably know which one you need to start on MNF. But both are valid plays in a game with an implied total over 50.

Tight End

Dalton Kincaid: START, TE1

Yes, Dalton Kincaid caught one pass for seven yards in Week 4. Yes, the Rams allow the 2nd fewest points to the position. But with either no DJ Moore or a banged-up DJ Moore, Kincaid could lead the team in targets in a potential shootout.

Defense/Special Teams

Buffalo Bills: SIT

Allowing 372 yards and just about 27 points per game facing the league’s highest-scoring offense.

Los Angeles Rams

Quarterback

Matthew Stafford: START, QB1

If quarterbacking the league’s highest-scoring offense and being reigning MVP wasn’t enough, the Bills are a top-five matchup and have already given up 10 touchdowns to the position. Puka is back, too.

Running Back

Kyren Williams: START, RB1
Blake Corum: SIT
Dean Connors: SIT

Currently RB5 on the season and back-to-back games over 21 points (nearly 40 last week), Kyren Williams has declared bankruptcy that the Rams backfield belongs to him. He’s an every-week starter with a top-10 matchup in the league’s best offense. Blake Corum isn’t seeing enough work to even FLEX.

Wide Receiver

Puka Nacua: START, WR1
Davante Adams: START, WR2
Konata Mumpfield: SIT

Find something else to overthink; Puka Nacua is locked into your lineup. I can’t explain why, but Clue just fits. Defenders know who did it. They just can’t figure out how. It was the candlestick. Davante Adams doesn’t have the floor he once did, but he still has every bit of that sky-high ceiling. In a top three matchup projected over 50 points, there’s a pretty good chance this is a ceiling game for Adams.

Tight End

Any Rams TE: SIT

Them’s the rules with Puka Nacua back. If Colby Parkinson sits, you can consider Tyler Higbee a desperation streamer, but I’d rather look to someone like Mike Gesicki if he’s available.

Defense/Special Teams

Los Angeles Rams: SIT

Joshua.
Patrick.
Allen.
