Sit or Start recommendations for EVERY fantasy-relevant player in Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season!

Game Info

Kickoff: Sunday, November 30, 2025, 1 p.m. ET

Location: Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, NC

Network: FOX

Los Angeles Rams

Quarterback

Matthew Stafford: START, QB1

Matthew Stafford is having an MVP caliber season and a lineup lock, but did you hear what Joe Burrow had to say about growing up watching him play on Thanksgiving?

Running Back

Kyren Williams: START, RB1
Blake Corum: SIT

Kyren Williams had his worst game of the season against the Bucs, amassing just 48 total yards and failing to get into the end zone. He saw his usual allotment of touches, but his inefficient ways returned with a vengeance. He’s in a tremendous spot for a get-right game against Carolina, a top-10 fantasy matchup for opposing running backs. The Panthers have given up four rushing touchdowns and 131.3 rushing yards per game since Week 10. Blake Corum had a stretch of games from Weeks 7-10 (not including a Week 8 bye) with at least 10 carries, but has 15 combined over the Rams’ last two and is nothing more than a high-upside handcuff.

Wide Receiver

Puka Nacua: START, WR1
Davante Adams: START, WR1

Puka Nacua is a weekly must-start, but did you know that he is a major ambassador for Go Bowling? He hosted the Super Bowl Bowling Classic in February to raise money for the NFL Foundation and even won a bet on “The Pat McAfee Show” by scoring a 217 on the lanes! Davante Adams is obviously a lock in your lineup, but did you know that he served as the honorary chair for the 10th annual Taste of the Rams fundraiser this month? The culinary event raised nearly $220,000 for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to fight hunger.

Tight End

Colby Parkinson: tHe gLoB (with hot sauce)

Don’t be fooled by the three straight games with a touchdown reception for Colby Parkinson. He’s just a member of the gLoB who drank some Texas Pete (the 1.01 of hot sauces) and is on a scoring stretch. When the tuddys dry up, so will the double-digit fantasy totals. The Panthers have been a good matchup for tight ends, but they have allowed just one touchdown to the position since Week seven.

Defense/Special Teams

Los Angeles Rams: START

The Rams surpassed the Texans as the defense allowing the fewest points per game this season and rank second in turnovers forced with 20.

Carolina Panthers

Quarterback

Bryce Young: SIT

Bryce Young threw for 448 yards in Week 11. Young threw for a combined 395 yards in Weeks 8, 9, and 12. The Rams are one of the most difficult matchups for quarterbacks, holding all but three quarterbacks faced to one or fewer (that means zero) touchdown passes. The only multi-score games have come from Jalen Hurts and Mac Jones twice, because, of course, it was Mac Jones. Young looked lost against the 49ers and made some incredibly poor decisions. Week 11 was a fever dream.

Running Back

Rico Dowdle: START, RB2
Chuba Hubbard: SIT

Even Rico Dowdle was baffled by his usage against San Fransisco. He was his typical explosive self every time he touched the ball, but for some reason, the Panthers limited him to 10 touches. I doubt they make that mistake in consecutive weeks, but a matchup with the Rams is not what you want to see if you’re looking for a bounce-back performance. The Rams have given up just two rushing touchdowns to running backs and allowed just Derrick Henry to rush for 100 yards.

Wide Receiver

Tetairoa McMillan: START, WR2
Xavier Legette: SIT
Jalen Coker: SIT

Tetairoa McMillan scored in consecutive games for the first time this season, but that was the only positive takeaway from Week 12 for the rookie. Tet is oozing talent and getting fed targets on a weekly basis, but being held back by the bumbling play of Young. His target volume keeps him in the WR2 conversation, but McMillan won’t reach his peak until Carolina has another quarterback under center.

Also, Xavier Legette has a suggestion if you’re looking for an alternative to turkey or ham this Thanksgiving.

Tight End

Tommy Tremble: SIT

I’d eat raccoon before I started Tommy Tremble in fantasy.

Defense/Special Teams

Carolina Panthers: SIT

The Panthers’ three interceptions of Brock Purdy in Week 12 match their interception total from Weeks 4-11.
