Location: Huntington Bank Field, Cleveland, OH

Network: FOX

Tennessee Titans

Quarterback

Cam Ward: SIT

Davante Adams has more touchdowns in his last five games than Cam Ward has all season.

Running Back

Tony Pollard: SIT
Tyjae Spears: SIT

Tony Pollard is coming off his highest rushing total since Week 5. Yay! The problem is that the total is 60 yards. Boo. Tyjae Spears finished Week 13 with -1 rushing yard. No, that’s not a typo. He finished with negative yardage on two carries. Both backs have just one game over 10 fantasy points since Week 6, and both have no business being anywhere near your starting lineup.

Wide Receiver/Tight End

Elic Ayomanor: SIT
Van Jefferson: SIT
Chimere Dike: SIT
Chig Okonkwo: SIT

This is our family cat, Blanche. She is blind in one eye. You’re better off starting her than any Titans pass catcher, especially against one of the best defenses in the league.

Defense/Special Teams

Tennessee Titans: SIT

Starting the Titans’ defense is the equivalent of eating a gas station men’s room egg salad sandwich. It’s tempting considering the sub-35-point implied game total and Shedeur Sanders under center, but there’s a high likelihood you’ll wind up with parasites.

Cleveland Browns

Quarterback

Shedeur Sanders: SIT

Just a week after it was reported that Shedeur Sanders would get an extended look as a starter, head coach Kevin Stefanski failed to commit to him past Week 14. Sanders had some moments and didn’t turn the ball over, but he’s still not on the fantasy radar in even the deepest of Superflex leagues.

Running Back

Quinshon Judkins: START, RB1
Dylan Sampson: SIT
Jerome Ford: SIT

There’s no question the Browns’ backfield belongs to rookie Quinshon Judkins, who’s handled 67.5% of the carries since coming out of the Week 9 bye. But his usage in the passing game has varied from week to week, capping his ceiling when he’s not involved. Judkins does have at least three targets in his previous five games, so hopefully the trend continues. With or without targets, Judkins is undoubtedly an RB1 in a top-five fantasy matchup against the Titans of Tennessee. The Titans are allowing 4.6 yards per carry and have permitted 14 rushing touchdowns to running backs, second-most only to the Bills.

Wide Receiver

Jerry Jeudy: SIT
Cedric Tillman: SIT
Isaiah Bond: SIT

The starting trio of Jerry Jeudy, Cedric Tillman, and Isaiah Bond has combined for a total of four double-digit fantasy performances in 2025. To be fair, both Bond and Tillman have missed time. But the terrible, no good, very bad Browns quarterback situation prevents any receiver from existing in fantasy.

Tight End

Harold Fannin Jr.: START, Borderline TE1
David Njoku: SIT

The one player who has enough upside to overcome the putrid passing game is rookie right end Harold Fannin Jr. His consistent target share (five or more in seven straight games) and athleticism to turn a single catch into an explosive play keep him on the starting radar week in and week out. He’s more of a borderline option against the Titans, however. Tennessee gives up the ninth-fewest fantasy points to the position, allowing four touchdowns and an average of 46.7 receiving yards to tight ends this season. Since coming out of the bye, David Njoku has six targets in four games and seems to have taken a backseat to the rookie in the pecking order.

Defense/Special Teams

Cleveland Browns: START

In the conversation for the best defense in the league, the Browns get to face the worst offense in the league. Tennessee is one of two teams averaging less than 15 points per game this season.
